Ingredients for Millet(Bajra) Pulao Recipe

# Ingredients
1. 1 cup Millet
2. 2 tbsp Potato
3. 2 tbsp onion
4. 1 tbsp tomato
5. 2 tbsp cauliflower
6. 2 tbsp Green
7. 2tbsp Capsicum
8. 1 tbsp Garlic
9. 2 tbsp oil
10. 1 tbsp lime juice
11. Salt as per taste
12. 2 tsp red chili powder
13. 1 tsp Turmeric powder
14. 1 tsp Garam masala powder
15. 1 tsp Coriander Powder
16. 1 tsp Asafoetida

Steps of Millet(Bajra) Pulao Recipe

# Steps
1. Soak the Millet in enough water for 7-8 hours. Drain and keep aside.
2. Add 1 tsp oil and salt in pot and boil on medium flame for 15 to 20 minute.
3. Drain, and keep aside for dry.
4. In pan add 2 tbsp oil the curry leaves and garlic.
5. Add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
6. Add cabbage, potato, green peas,capsicum and saute on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
7. Add the bajra and salt,lime juice, red chilly powder,coriander powder, garam masala and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
8. Add coriander leaves evenly over the pulao.
9. Serve hot and enjoy.
