How to make Vegetable Raita ?

Ingredients for Vegetable Raita Recipe

# Ingredients
1. 1 small onion, chopped
2. 1 Cucumber, Chopped
3. 1 small tomato, chopped
4. 1 cup Yogurt
5. ½ tbsp roasted cumin powder
6. 1 green chili, chopped
7. ½ tbsp Black salt
8. Coriander, chopped

Steps of Vegetable Raita Recipe

# Steps
1. Whisk the yogurt well and place in the refrigerator at least for 1 hour.
2. Combine cucumber, onion, tomato, yogurt, roasted cumin powder, black salt , green chili, coriander leaves in a deep bowl and mix well.
3. Serve it chill.
