Ingredients for Rava vada (Semolina Vada) recipe

# Ingredients
1. 1 cup semolina (Rava or sooji)
2. 3/4 cup curd
3. 3 green chilies, chopped
4. 1 inch ginger, grated
5. 1 medium onion, chopped
6. 1/4 cup fresh green coriander, chopped
7. 1/4 tbsp. baking soda
8. Oil for deep frying
9. Salt to taste

Steps of Rava vada (Semolina Vada) recipe

# Steps
1. Mix semolina and curd in a bowl.
2. Add green chilies, ginger, salt and mix well.
3. Add 1/4 cup water and make a better to very thick consistency (same as urad dal vada better consistency).
4. Cover the bowl and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
5. Heat the oil in a pan.
6. Add onion, coriander leaves and baking soda to a better and mix well.
7. Wet hands with some water and take a 1 tbsp. better in a palm, Flatten it and make hole in the middle.
8. Place it in hot oil. Deep fry on a medium flame till it becomes crispy and golden brown.
9. Remove it in a paper napkin.
10. Serve hot with any chutney.
