Ingredients for Fada Lapsi Recipe

# Ingredients
1. 1 cup wheat fada
2. 1 cup jaggery
3. 2 tbsp. ghee
4. 1tbsp. cardamon powder
5. 1 tbsp. cinnamon powder
6. 2 tbsp. raisins
7. 5 Almonds
8. 7 to 8 Cashew
9. For garnishing: 2 tbsp cashew and almond, chopped

Steps of Fada Lapsi Recipe

# Steps
1. Heat the Pan and add 1and 1/2 glass water in it.
2. Add jaggery to thae water and boil it for 10 minutes and keep it aside.
3. Heat the ghee in a pressure cooker and add wheat fada and mix it well.
4. Cook the fada in ghee for 5 to 7 mints until itchanges to light brown colour.
5. Now xix jaggery water to the wheat fada and close the lid of cooker.
6. Cook it till 7 whistles and switch off the flame.
7. After the steam escapes completely, trasfer it into a plate.
8. Mix cashew, raisins, almon, cinnamon powder and cardom powder
9. Garnish with chopped almon and cashewnut and Serve.
