Ingredients for Dry Paneer Tikka Recipe

# Ingredients
1. 250 gram cottage cheese (Paneer)
2. 1 Capsicum (Green, Red, Yellow)
3. 1 medium onion
4. 200 gram thick hang yogurt
5. 1 tbsp. ginger-garlic paste
6. 1 tbsp. gram flour
7. 1/2 tbsp. turmeric powder
8. 1 tbsp. red chilli powder
9. 1 tbsp. coriander powder
10. 1 tbsp. cumin powder
11. 1/2 tbsp. garam masala powder
12. 1 tbsp. lemon juice
13. 1/2 tbsp kasoori methi
14. 1 tbsp. oil (its better if you use mustard oil)
15. Salt to taste

Steps of Dry Paneer Tikka Recipe

# Steps
1. Cut the paneer(cottage cheese) , onion, capsicum into one inch long square pieces and place it aside.
2. In a bowl take hang yogurt and whisk it well till no lumps remaining.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste, gram flour and all other spices and mix well.
4. Add oil, kasoori methi, salt and mix well.
5. Add paneer(cottage cheese), onion and capsicum pieces in to the mixture and mix well.
6. Cover it and place it in refrigerator for at least for 2 hour to marinate it.
7. After two hour take the mixture out from refrigerator.
8. Take the skewer (or you can use toothpick if you don’t have skewer) place paneer, onion and capsicum alternatively.
9. Preheat the oven at 240 degree Celsius.
10. Place the skewer on a baking plate and brush the paneer tikka with some oil.
11. Place it in oven for 10 minutes and after 10 minute turn it on other side and again place it in oven for another 10 minute.
12. Paneer tikka is ready to serve.
13. (To make it on tawa. Heat the tawa and brush it with oil. Place skewer on it and again brush it with oil. When it becomes golden on one side turn it on other side and cook till it becomes golden brown.)
