Ingredients for Coconut Chutney Recipe

# Ingredients
2. 2 cup fresh coconut, grated
3. 1/4 cup roasted Bengal gram
4. 1/4 cup coconut water
5. 2 green chilies
6. 4-5 curry leaves
7. 1/2 tbsp. oil
8. 1/4 tbsp. mustard seeds
9. 1/4 tbsp. cumin seeds
10. 1/4 tbsp. black gram split
11. 1 whole dry red chili, broken
12. Salt as per taste

Steps of Coconut Chutney Recipe

# Steps
1. Mix coconut, roasted Bengal gram, green chili, salt in a blender jar and grind to a smooth paste using sufficient water.
2. Remove the paste in a bowl.
3. Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, black gram splits.
4. When seeds crackle add curry leaves, dry red chili and switch off the flame.
5. Add tempering over the coconut chutney.
6. Chutney is ready to serve.
